Mark Zides

Founder and CEO

Mark has been a global leader with expertise in professional services, client development, entrepreneurship, sales, and EdTech software for over 30 years. He has successfully scaled businesses for three of the top consulting firms in the world – EY, Deloitte and PWC – within their advisory, Human Capital and talent practices. The industries he has shaped include financial services, retail, technology, life sciences, global media and more.

As an entrepreneur, Mark has founded and built four businesses throughout his career. Most notably, CoreAxis Consulting, a world-class Talent Management, Leadership Development and immersive Learning firm. Mark is also the best-selling author of “The #Pace Process for Early Career Success”, a career guide for young professionals looking to not only survive the modern work world, but conquer it. At Babson College, his alma mater, Mark delivered a TedX speech on that same topic. Beyond his professional career, Mark lives with his family in Southborough, MA and is an avid outdoor enthusiast and Boston sports fan.

Terah Paluba

Lead Content Strategist

Terah has been a professional writer for well over a decade and provides copy writing and editing, process consulting, and content management services. Terah loves to help companies build their  organizational “manifesto,” one step at a time.

Josh Ludin

Lead Website Designer & Developer

Josh manages the web design and development efforts for Katama. His focus is on designing efficient, high conversion websites and applications that drive desired user behaviors.

Josh has been working on understanding Google’s search algorithm and managing Adwords accounts for over a decade. He has worked with over 500 clients across various industries, helping companies generate business through electronic platforms.

Josh can help your business create a website from design concept to a completed, polished, and professional website. He and his team can also help maintain and update existing websites – so you don’t need to recreate the wheel!

Alexis Reed

Lead Marketing Designer

As a highly creative and multi-talented experiential marketing and communications wizard, Alexis researches, conceptualizes, and creates innovative designs and immersive storytelling solutions. Throughout her almost 10 years in marketing, she’s worn many different hats. As a freelancer and Marketing Director for multiple companies, Alexis has run the marketing gamut. From email blasts, public relations, and web marketing to copywriting, video, and print production, you name it, she’s done it.

Alexis’ marketing strategies are rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusive best practices to strengthen organizational performance and create a positive experience from employees to stakeholders that creates an environment for maximum ROI. As an accomplished marketing, design, and communications leader with almost a decade of experience from startups to Fortune 500 companies in many industries, she has consistently developed and executed strategies that drive significant growth and exceptional brand storytelling. Alexis has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams and aligning the marketing department with organizational goals.

Sam Borjeson

2022 Summer Intern

Sam Borjeson is an incoming senior at Babson College concentrating in Marketing. When applying to college, Sam was looking for a strong business education, but also wanted to continue her soccer career at the collegiate level, which made Babson the perfect fit. Balancing a rigorous academic workload along with soccer definitely keeps her busy, but has taught her the importance of time management and teamwork; skills she feels will be beneficial in the work world.

Sam gained some marketing experience with branding and website development at previous internships. She is thrilled to be a part of the Katama team this summer to learn the ins and outs of a marketing and growth strategy firm.

Molly Roy

2022 Summer Intern

Molly Roy is a rising senior at Babson College pursuing a concentration in Marketing. She grew up in Wilbraham, Massachusetts and spends her summers in Westerly, Rhode Island. When deciding on a college, Babson was the perfect fit for her as she wanted a strong business school that also allowed for time to play soccer at the collegiate level. Through soccer, Molly has learned the importance of leadership, discipline, as well as the importance of teamwork, which she deems are beneficial qualities to bring to the workforce.

Molly has gained marketing experience through creating and running social media platforms in a previous internship. She is excited to be a part of the Katama team this summer to gain real-world experience and learn new marketing and sales strategies.
