Outbound lead generation: turn target accounts into qualified conversations.

We build and execute targeted outbound campaigns designed to create meetings with the right decision-makers. Your salespeople spend less time searching for prospects, and more time selling.

● Start here

Tell us about the business.

It takes about a minute. It reaches the people who would do the work rather than a sales inbox, and if we are not the right fit for what you need we will say so.

● What outbound lead generation is

Outbound lead generation is the work of choosing the accounts worth selling to, finding the right people inside them, and reaching them directly across email, LinkedIn and phone until the contact becomes a qualified conversation.

Done properly it is a research problem before it is a messaging problem. Most of the failure happens in the list, not in the email.

Volume is the wrong target.

Most disappointing outbound engagements fail the same way. The contract sets a number of leads, so the supplier works toward that number, and the definition of a lead quietly loosens until it is met.

Your sales team works the list, finds few people they can sell to, and stops trusting the source. Now you are paying for leads and paying for the time it takes to ignore them.

Inside the business, prospecting is the first thing a rep drops. It has the longest feedback loop and there is always a live deal that feels more urgent, so pipeline arrives in waves instead of every week.

The fix is to agree what qualified means before anything is built, research every account before it is contacted, and hold the program to meetings your team accepts rather than to activity.

Services include.

Every account is researched before it is contacted. That is the difference between outbound that works and the mail merge everyone in your market is already deleting.

Account research

Why each company is on the list, what is changing inside it, and what would make this the quarter it cares.

Prospect identification

The people inside each account who feel the problem, and the ones who can approve the spend.

Contact and data enrichment

Verified emails, direct dials and current titles, checked against the account rather than bought in bulk.

Email outreach

Written for one segment at a time and sent from separate warmed domains, so your main domain is never at risk.

LinkedIn outreach

Connection and message sequences that make the sender a real person before the first call.

Calling

Live calls into the accounts that have engaged, because the phone is still where most meetings get agreed.

Multi-touch sequences

Email, LinkedIn and phone coordinated into one sequence, tested by segment and paced so quality holds.

SDR and BDR execution

A dedicated team running the program day to day, so outreach happens every week and not only when the pipeline is empty.

Appointment setting

Qualified meetings booked into your reps’ calendars, with the account research attached.

How the work runs.

Define qualified

Before anything is built: what counts as a real meeting, who can approve a deal, and what disqualifies an account. Written down and agreed with your sales team.

Build the list

An ICP drawn from your closed-won data, then account selection, contact research, enrichment and verification. The slow part that decides everything after it.

Warm the infrastructure

Separate sending domains, set up and warmed before volume goes out, then monitored continuously. Skipping this step is how companies end up in spam.

Run the sequences

Multi-touch across email, LinkedIn and phone, tested by segment, with volume held below the level where quality drops.

What we report.

Lead volume is not on the report. What is on it is whether the conversations turned into meetings your team wanted.

Qualified conversations

Positive replies and live calls with people who match the ICP, broken out by segment so the targeting can be tuned.

Meetings held

Not booked. Held. The gap between the two is reported every week because it is the fastest signal that targeting has drifted.

Pipeline created

Opportunity value your team accepted, against the target agreed at the start.

Deliverability health

Domain reputation, spam placement and bounce rates. Reported whether or not anyone asks.

Who this suits.

● A good fit if
  • Your deal sizes justify a person researching each account
  • You can name the companies you want to sell to
  • Your reps have calendar room for more meetings
  • You can agree what qualified means and hold to it
Not a fit if
  • You want a lead volume number in the contract
  • You want mass outreach with no research step
  • Nobody internally will follow up within 48 hours
  • You sell a low-value, high-volume product

Fair questions.

How is this different from buying a list?

A list is a starting input, not the work. Most purchased data is out of date, wrongly titled, or aimed at people who cannot approve anything. We research and verify contacts against the account, which is slower and is the reason the campaigns work.

Will this damage our domain reputation?

Not if it is done properly, which is why we send from separate domains rather than your primary one. Warming takes three to four weeks, volume is capped per inbox, and deliverability is monitored continuously. Your main domain never carries cold volume.

How many meetings should we expect?

It depends on the size of your target market, your contract value and how crowded your category is, so any number quoted before the research is a guess. We set a target after the first month of data and report against it weekly, including the weeks we miss it.

Who owns the data and the domains?

You do. Sending domains, sequences, contact data and CRM records are yours, and they stay yours if we stop working together. We will not build an engine you cannot take with you.

● Build my growth engine

Tell us where growth is stuck.

We look at where your pipeline comes from today and come back with what we find. No pitch, and if we are not the right fit we will say so.
