Proof,
not promises.

Three engagements, each led by the number that mattered to the client. Where a client cannot be named we describe the shape of the business instead, and we do not publish a number we cannot trace.

Selected work.

Nothing published here yet, and that is deliberate. The programs have been run. What we do not yet have is a client who has agreed to be named on this page with their numbers attached.

A great deal of agency proof is made by skipping exactly that step. The standard we hold ourselves to is set out below, and it rules out most of what fills a results page, including anything we could write without asking the client first.

So ask on the audit call instead. Where clients are willing we will arrange an introduction and you can put your questions to them directly, which is worth considerably more than a tile on a website.

How we report.

Every number on this page is one the client could reproduce from their own CRM. That is a deliberately narrow standard and it rules out most of what agencies publish.

What we will not put on this page: impressions, reach, engagement rate, or any metric that goes up without anything else changing. A case study built on those is a case study that could not find a business result.

Where a client will not go on the record we use the shape of the business instead. A Series B fintech with 200 employees is more useful to you than a logo attached to a vague claim, and it is honest about what we can and cannot show.

Every case study states

  • The service mix that produced the result
  • The time period it took
  • The starting baseline, not just the end number
  • What we would do differently
  • Written permission from the client to publish it

Tell us about the business.

It takes about a minute. It reaches the people who would do the work rather than a sales inbox, and if we are not the right fit for what you need we will say so.

Goes to hello@katama.io. No sequences, no newsletter, no list.

Fair questions.

Why are there only three?

Because these are the ones clients have agreed to publish with numbers attached. We would rather show three that are verifiable than twelve that are decorative. If you want references in your specific category, ask on the audit call and we will arrange introductions where clients are willing.

Can we talk to a current client?

For engagements past the first quarter, usually yes. We ask the client rather than volunteering their time, so it takes a few days.

Do you work with our competitors?

We will tell you before an engagement starts if we work with a direct competitor, and we do not run competing accounts in the same category at the same time without both clients knowing. Ask early, because it occasionally decides whether we can work together at all.
